The Knitting Olympics has come to a close. What a success! Village School girls and teachers knitted over 125 scarves! The scarves will be donated to the Martha Jefferson Cancer Center and will be presented at their Celebration of Life Ceremony on March 28.

To finish up the Olympics, the girls had to measure the length and width of each of their scarves and calculate the total area. The Olympic President, Ms. Duncan, tallied the scores–The Lonely Island took bronze, Lololagvisché grabbed silver, and Casmeccebe came out on top with the gold.
