OUR NEXT 30 YEARS!

Village School is excited to announce the imminent purchase of 301 E. High Street scheduled for early January 2025. 301 E. High Street is a highly desirable building with enormous potential for enriching the Village School learning and teaching experience.

For the last thirty years, Village School has been deeply committed to providing and nourishing a community and educational experience that is safe, warm and welcoming for all girls, teachers, alumnae, parents and friends of the school.

While we pause to celebrate this milestone 30th year, and all that Village School has become, we are grateful and excited to consider the  possibilities and opportunities to come. With the acquisition of 301 E. High Street and the adjoining parking lot, we hope to create larger spaces for the arts, physical education and further academic exploration. Our dreams are big.

Every gift will bring us closer to our goal of raising $1.5 million and the completion of this exciting project. We hope you will come along on this journey and show your support today.

Village School is 501c3 tax-exempt organization.

We give to Village School because our daughter is thriving there, intellectually, socially and emotionally. Village is a place where she can expand her horizons, take risks, and challenge her intellect. Village School’s strengths are exceptional: devoted faculty, high academic expectations, motivated, intellectually curious students, a commitment to social and civic education, and a dedication to instilling confidence and empowerment in the next generation of girls. We will continue to give to Village School for many years, because we want to make sure that other Charlottesville girls have those same opportunities.
